2) you’re welcome (as a reply when a meal or drink is thanked, meaning: may it serve your health)
[e.g.: A: Köszönöm az ebédet. Nagyon finom volt. – Thank you for the lunch. It was delicious.
B: Egészségedre! – You’re welcome!]

3) bless you! (when someone sneezes)
[e.g.: A: (sneezes)
B: Egészségedre! – Bless you!
A: Köszönöm. – Thank you.]


There is a longer version for ‘Egészségedre!’, which you may hear in slang:::
A kedves megegészségesedésedre! – To your kind becoming healthy! 🙂

‘Egészségedre!’ also has a funny version, where you say ‘Egész seggedre.’ [ˈɛɡeːs ʃɛɡːedrɛ] It means: onto your whole ass. 🙂
