Előttem van észak

Előttem van észak, hátam mögött dél,

In front of me there’s north, behind my back south,
the Sun sets (/goes to sleep) on my left and rises (/gets up) on my right.

..this is how you can find out which cardinal direction is where at 12:00, they say.
