Translation:::
If goose, may/let it be fat. | If goose, so be a fat one.
 
Meaning:::
If you are about to do something important, do it properly.
If you are about to steal a goose, steal a fat one.
 
English equivalent::: As well be hanged for a sheep as for a lamb. | One may as well be hanged for a sheep as a lamb.
