drusza

You use the word ‘drusza’ to call/name the people that have the same first (or family) name as you do. For example if two friends meet, one of them is called Kovács Gábor and the other is Ádám Gábor, then Kovács Gábor may greet the other Gábor as:::
– Szervusz, druszám! (Hello, my drusza!)

It is said that the word is of Russian origin, may come from the word другой (other; else) or друг (friend), дружба (friendship) or дружок (buddy; mate).
